Shipping policy

Haus of Wigs ships within the U.S., Canada, and select other countries. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges to and from Haus of Wigs unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Orders will receive a confirmation email or text when placed, followed by an email or text with tracking information once shipped. To ensure delivery to the correct address, please verify the shipping information before confirming the order.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately, and changes to the order are not guaranteed. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us at info@hausofwigs.com.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.

Haus of Wigs typically uses major carriers for shipping, and shipping prices and speeds vary based on the service and location.

Due to acts of nature and other unforeseen issues, we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party couriers and are not liable for lost, late, or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations, please contact customer service at info@hausofwigs.com for assistance in filing a claim with the respective courier. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to resolve. In the meantime, another order can be placed and shipped, if requested. If the filed claim results in a refund, we will reimburse the full amount of the item to you in the form of a credit or refund.

Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for paying shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.

Due to shipping regulations, items that contain hazardous materials must be shipped by ground service. We are unable to ship hazardous materials to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the products and level of service selected.
