Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our wig collection. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

1. Return Period: You may return unused and unworn wigs within 10 days of the purchase date. 

2. Condition: All returns must include the original packaging, tags, and accessories. The wig must not be cut, styled, or altered in any way. 

3. Hygiene: Returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. 

4. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

5. Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number before returning your item. 

6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 

7. Refunds: No refunds, only store credit. 

8. Exchanges: Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. 

9. Non-Returnable Items: Custom wigs and clearance items are not eligible for return. 

10. Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
